Moottorin kontrolliyksikkö / ECU

The injection control strategy and in particular the calculation of the CNG injection timing use a model based software strategy able to determine optimal values in all operating engine conditions using RPM, CNG pressure, temperature and engine coolant temperature signals. 

Above mentioned switch is also controlled by a delay time from the start up and a minimum rpm threshold. The ECU is available in four versions for 4, 5, 6 or 8 cylinder engines.

Paineensäädin / META reducer

This is a revolutionary single-stage CNG reducer that keeps the pressure supply by using the incoming pressure gas in order to increase or decrease the applied force of the gas. The result is a perfectly stable reducer that does not get affected by the influence of the pressure fed.

The main characteristics are that it is very compact and takes little space, it is gives stable pressure supply and therefore it has a high performance capacity.

Ruiskutusuuttimet / Injectors

CNG injector has been designed to turn the gas flow coming from the Reducer on or off. When the Injector is turned on, the gas flow is conveyed to the engine through a pipe fixed to the intake manifold on the engine head side. One of the characteristics making the injector installation so versatile is its modularity: according to the type of engine, it can be assembled individually, in pairs of injector etc.

Electric input to the injectors is supplied by individual connectors connected to the main electric harness. The connectors are waterproof having a protection rating of IP 54. All components are type-approved as per European standards 10R-02 (Electromagnetic compatibility) 67R-01, 110R-00.
